Shipping Information
a. Within three days from the buyer receive the product, not man-made damage, such as product quality problems or damages, the buyer can contact us to return, replacement or repair. If the buyer wants to return the product due to the buyer’s reasons, the buyer needs to bear the $ 20.00 USD courier fee and return the product to us.
b. Within seven days from the buyer receive the product, not man-made damage, such as product quality problems, the buyer can contact us to replacement or repair.
c. Within thirty days from the buyer receive the product, not man-made damage, such as product quality problems, the buyer can contact us to repair.
d. The courier company shall be responsible for the damage of the goods caused by the courier company in the course of transportation. We are not responsible for returning, replacing or repairing products that are artificially damaged.
